Allan Chee, Malaysian, male, aged 56 is Chief Operating Officer of the local property development and investment company. He has more than 28 years of experience in the property development and construction industries. Being the second in command, He reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a focus on operationalizing strategy and his main responsibilities are to assist the CEO & Board of Directors in the overall strategic planning, identify new business opportunity, new business ventures and business development of the company.

Graduated with an MBA (Mktg) University of Newcastle, Australia and a Certified Professional Marketer (CPM) in Asia Pacific Region, he is tasked with managing all the day to day operations, aligned with the company’s objectives and strategies to achieve the goals set by the company.
Other tasks include project’s feasibility, pre-development, during construction, post construction stage including coordination of group activities, marketing & sales, admin, credit control and legal aspects of the projects.

Over the years, Allan Chee has garnered extensive experience in different industries ranging from property sales and marketing, hospitality, property management, legal and property development. Possessed multitasking skills, he has since held various key positions in a reputable resort group and was promoted to General Manager, Property Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales for the resort hotel and including Group Legal Head.
